| Details: | June is Safety Month, as proclaimed by the National Safety Council, and Central New Mexico Community College is ready to help you with targeted, convenient courses designed to maintain a safe work environment and meet your safety training needs. For a quick refresher on how to fulfill your organization’s OSHA requirements, Central New Mexico Community College is presenting a two-hour seminar on Wednesday, June 25 from 4-6 p.m. at the Workforce Training Center. This worthwhile event will feature: • A representative from the State of New Mexico OSHA bureau will provide tips on their top ten citations and how to avoid them. • Our three fantastic safety instructors will team up to condense a four-hour OSHA Basics course into 90 minutes of valuable information. • Free light refreshments will keep you going until supper! We will also be able to answer questions and provide all the details about our Safety Academy, including a variety of CNM courses that touch on OSHA regulations, hazardous materials, many specific worker safety topics and emergency preparedness issues.
